Assistance with activities of daily living - including:

• Partial assistance with personal care - i.e. bathing, shampooing, showering, etc.

• Limited assistance with dressing.

• Minor non-sterile dressing changes.

• Skin care - skin must be intact.

• Infrequent assistance with mobility.  Residents can use assistive devices as needed.

• Cuing guidance for visually impaired people or the intermittently confused or agitated resident requiring reminders as to time, place, and person.

• Care of a resident who can independently manage their own catheter or ostomy care.

• Care of the resident who is incontinent of bladder or bowel if the condition can be managed independently.
